Moapa Valley’s 3rd annual water balloon fight extravaganza. Spread the word and let’s make this thing bigger and bigger. Get sprayed by our Fire Department. Throw a water balloon at a Police Officer without getting charges. It will be an Irrigation day. Everyone Vs Everyone.
