Belly Fat: Too Much Estrogen? Part 2

by Brent Hauver

In the last Article we talked about how too much estrogen can cause metabolic disorders in both men and women (i.e. belly fat that will not come off, no matter what you do). In this article we will explore what foods and products increase estrogen and what foods and products can block estrogen.

Our biggest source of estrogen is coming from conventional food drenched in estrogen producing pesticides and fungicides. Once inside the body, all these chemicals mimic estrogen, the female hormone that causes estrogen disorders, including breast cancer in women and prostrate problems in men. It virtually castrates men and causes all sorts of hormonal problems in women.

The next source of estrogen comes from xenoestrogens from plastics and appear to cause premature menses in young girls.

Soy is the next source of estrogen that heightens antisocial behavior in monkeys and appears to feminize male animals in studies.

Obesity also raises estrogen levels. It is like a double edged sword.

Foods that block estrogen are the Cruciferous vegetables like Broccoli, Cabbage, Cauliflower, Kale, and Brussels sprouts.

Bee pollen is a very potent estrogen blocker that supports and builds up reproductive functions in both men and women. It is also an anti-aging food that builds stamina and endurance.

Herbal extracts like Eurycoma longifolia, commonly known as Tongkat Ali or Long Jack are very powerful estrogen blockers. Tongkat Ali extract contain bioactive Eurypeptides that Clinical and non-clinical studies have shown support reproductive function and healthy testosterone levels.

Tribulus is also a very powerful herbal extract that is known for estrogen blocking abilities and virility.

Both Tribulus and Tongkat Ali extract have proven to have virtually no side effects as shown in scientific studies. Now foods product called Testo Jack has these powerful herbal extracts and combines them with a ZMA, a synergistic combination of zinc and magnesium for the support of healthy immune, reproductive and neuromuscular function.
