Bryan Gurule, son of Mike and Patty Gurule; Chandler Whipple, son of Scott and Jessica Whipple; Corey Marshall, son of Gregory and Carolyn Marshall; Jordan Chalfant, son of Jeff and Brenda Chalfant; and Kasey Marshall, son of Travis and Pamela Marshall recently received their Boy Scouts of America Eagle Scout Award in an Eagle Court of Honor held Sunday, February 24, 2008.
Bryan’s eagle project was to remodel the girls and boys bathroom at the middle school, by the soccer fields he installed new fiberglass reinforced panels, rewired the electrical, painted walls and sealed the floors.
Jordan’s eagle project consisted of locating all the plot markers through out the Logandale Cemetery, he used the markers to realign, relocate, and level the entire first row of headstones.
Chandler’s eagle project was to bring in chat and make a road on the back side of the cemetery.
Corey’s eagle project was to put in a cement pad for picnic tables at the Logandale Park. The boys would like to thank all those that helped them to complete their projects. Thank you to all that came and took part in their Court of Honor, including the Air Force representatives from Las Vegas, and the Mormon Battalion representatives from southern Utah.
