The Lost City Museum will host its annual holiday open house on December 15 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
This free event will feature live entertainment. Local musicians performing include the Zephyr Consort, The Moapa Valley Children’s Choir, and guitarist/keyboardist Cindy Nelson. Light refreshments will be served.
A raffle will take place at 2:00 p.m. with the proceeds going to the Lost City Museum community outreach programs that are held throughout the year. The raffle will include gift baskets, which make great holiday offerings. Raffle tickets will be on sale until drawing time; six for $5.00 or $1.00 each. Ticket holders need not be present to win.
During the event, the museum store will be open and stocked with a variety of unique items including Native American jewelry, crafts, and books. Artwork by the Moapa Valley Art Guild will be on display.
