My wife and I live in St. George. Once a month or so we visit Mesquite for some adult beverages and gambling. While there, we gather the local newspapers to read at dinner.
We always enjoy the “No One Asked Me But…” column by Dr. Larry Moses. The July 3, 2013 essay was especially on point.
It is amazing that the current regime running the federal government believes that it is the government’s job to determine what kind of snacks can be served in local schools. Whatever happened to individuals determining their own food choices? This is another example of government at all levels undermining personal responsibility.
My wife and I are libertarians. Dr. Moses’ essays always seem to have a libertarian sensibility. Keep up the good work!
