Yes Lanny your actions speak louder than words, but they weren’t exactly screaming honesty and integrity (Open Forum: Response to Progress’ Juvenile Court Coverage: PROGRESS, Sept. 28, 2018).
You brought Mr. Robison on board for what you thought was going to be a story. Then got mad at him because you didn’t approve what he reported.
I don’t recall Mr. Robison ever entering your courtroom telling you how to judge your cases.
You got so carried away pointing your big finger at everyone involved, making accusations that simply weren’t true. Not even giving Mr. Robison credit for the positive statements he did make about you.
You need to put your big finger back in your little pocket and bow out with the respect you deserve. Leaving a legacy you have worked so hard, for so many years, and are so deserving of.
Show some trust and respect for our newly elected Justice of the Peace, as we did you three decades ago.
