Mesquite Gaming will open Uno Express Pizza inside its Virgin River Hotel and Casino next week. The all-new pizzeria featuring a variety of deep dish and thin crust pizza’s will now compliment casual dining options inside the Virgin River Bowling Center.
Mesquite Gaming officials say that the new addition expands upon the main dining selection throughout the resort, the River Cafe and Sierra’s Buffet, and gives guests a greater variety to choose from in a quick-serve approach.
The fast-casual dining addition aims to provide restaurant quality pizzas, which offers Uno Deep Dish Crust, and feature specialty toppings. Seven different pizzas are available for a premium price and three different sizes are available including seven and eight-inch pizzas both less than $6, and 16-inch pizzas less than $12.
Uno Express will open on Monday, July 30. The addition will be open seven days a week: Sunday – Thursday 9am to 10pm, and Friday – Saturday 9am to 11pm.
