MV Native Son Returns To Practice Dentistry

Dr. Payden Anderson and his wife Krista have recently come home to Moapa Valley, and now has brought the business with them. Dr. Anderson will provide dental services at Moapa Valley Family Dental to patients of all ages.

A graduate of Moapa Valley High School, Dr. Anderson served a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and then came home and married his high school sweetheart. They are parents to three children.

Dr. Anderson earned his undergraduate degree from Dixie State University in St. George, Utah. He received his doctorate from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas (UNLV) School of Dentistry.

While in dental school, Dr. Anderson and his wife realized Moapa Valley offered a unique opportunity for them to build a business while raising their family.
“We were drawn here because we felt like we could be part of the community and build relationships and trust with our patients,” said Dr. Anderson.

“Our slogan is ‘Caring for the Community’ and that is truly our mission,” he explained. “We are proud sponsors of Moapa Valley High School. We want to offer more than dentistry to this community; we want to be a part of the legacy that is Moapa Valley.”

Dr. Anderson’s office is located next to the Logandale Park, and currently houses pediatric dentist Dr. Hughes and orthodontist, Dr. Pollock.

Local residents Melissa Brammer and Natalie Staley are part of the Moapa Valley Family Dental team. The office will be open Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and will offer extended hours after 6 p.m. by appointment. Call 702-398-7700 for more information.
