Modern Fun or Time-Reversing Classics? Reverse Attendees Share 2019 Date Plans

With Reverse this week, couples at MVHS are ecstatic not only for the amazing dance itself but also for the course of events planned around it. Many girls are seizing the opportunity to create a fun-filled day with their chosen suitor.

Each group activity gives a unique twist on modern dating.

Senior Sierra Staheli and the friends in her Reverse group remarked that they designed their plan of action for the special occasion a month in advance! Staheli and her group will be going to Las Vegas to participate in an escape room and ax-throwing prior to the dance!

Rebecca Rebman and her group will be going out for pizza; they will also be going retro with a drive-in movie. Classic dates like these are becoming more prevalent than ever in our generation.

Kaitlee Rowley, Ashlynn McClure, Courtney Zerkle, and their respective dates will also be engaging in timeless enjoyment. Their plan includes homemade pizza and bowling.

Some other groups prefer a more modern approach. Some will take a tour of Hershey’s Chocolate World on the Strip, while others will take a trip to Gravady, a trampoline park in Las Vegas.

The options are ultimately limitless when it comes to activities before and after the dance. There is no end to MVHS students’ creativity! This year’s endeavors are as quirky as our dance itself, and these experiences will be surely remembered for years to come.
