Registration Now Open For Charity Golf Tournament

The 19th Annual Charity Golf Tournament is coming soon. This popular shotgun/scramble tournament will be held on Saturday, April 10 at the Casablanca Golf Course in Mesquite.

This event provides funds for the local Mesquite Lutheran Church pre-school and childcare center, a non-profit State Licensed facility located at 450 Turtleback Road. Mesquite.

“I am grateful to the community for its support for this program which is so important in keeping the Center open,” said Preschool Director Brandy Templeton.

The Mesquite Lutheran Preschool and Childcare Center is currently serving approximately 50 families in the Mesquite area. The program is open to all children ages infant to five years of age. It provides safe and affordable childcare and preschool programs.

“This is a valuable fundraiser because it provides the funds to keep the pre-school and childcare center running,” said church board member Barbara Coverdale.

The registration fee for participating in the tournament is $100 per person and includes 18 hole of golf, a sack lunch prepared by Casa Blanca Resort, a silent auction and raffle drawings. The award presentations will be held right after the tournament and will adhere to all COVID regulations.

The deadline for registration is March 25. Individuals or teams are welcome.
Hole sponsorships or advertisements must be purchased by March 30. For $150. the tournament committee will arrange for signs with your logo or preferred design.
