Patricia Scott
Patricia Ann Hall Mantooth Emde Scott, 76, passed away in New Mexico on March 25, 2021. She was born to Charles and Sybil Hall July 23, 1945 in Long Beach California. She grew up and lived in Las Vegas NV for most of her life.
She was an inspiration to all who knew her. She was one of the first 3 female Metropolitan Police Officers.
Patricia was a gaming control agent one and two. She became an honorary Professor of Law in the 1980s. She volunteered many hours doing genealogy for her family, friends and community. She helped run the genealogy website for Clark County, Las Vegas, and Moapa Valley. She had a beautiful smile, laugh, and soul.
She is survived by her husband Daniel Scott, of 30 years; brother Tim (Cindy) Hall of Las Vegas; daughter Georgeann (David) Cook of Overton, NV; sons Wayne (Kelly) Mantooth of California, and Chris (Amy) Emde of NC; many grandchildren: Dustin, Tracey, Samantha, Brian, Jeffrey, Lily, and Brayden; and great grandchildren: Victoria, David, Patrick, Temperance and Madelynn.
Services will be private. In lieu of flowers please donate to St. Jude’s Children Research Hospital.

I worked with Patty on Metro. She was a inspiration to a lot of young women who were getting into Law Enforcement back in the 1970’s. Patty had many friends and I an very proud to have been one of them…RIP my friend.
She was strong and driven. She lead the way in the most obscure of times and situations she was loved and will be missed!
