Arturo Gutierrez-Duran

Arturo Gutierrez – Duran, age 49, died Sunday, July 25, 2021 at his home in Moapa, Nevada. He was born September 10, 1971 in Guadalajara, Mexico to Arturo Gutierrez Luna and Julia Duran Lomeli. On May 21, 1994 he married Illda Ramirez in Bunkerville, Nevada.

Arturo grew up in Guadalajara. Shortly after graduating from high school, he moved to the United States where he lived in Southern California. In the early nineties, he moved to Moapa where he met Illda. They raised their family in Moapa where he worked at the Coyote Springs Golf Course.

Arturo loved sports, but soccer was his absolute favorite. He enjoyed sharing this passion with his children, coaching them, and watching with them.

Survivors include his wife Illda; four sons and one daughter: Arturo, Gianni, Maria, Sebastean and Angel, all of Moapa, NV; his mother, Julia Gutierrez and one sister, Mariana, both of Guadalajara.

Memorial services will be private.
