Clea’s Holds Fabulous Christmas Grand Opening

The office of Clea’s Fabulous Realty held an open house and Christmas Party event held within the parking lot of the office behind Green Valley Grocery in Logandale.

The event was held on Saturday evening, December 11 and even with chilly temperatures, over 100 people were in attendance for the party. Kids could sit on Santa’s lap and attendees of all ages could catch up with friends around a campfire with hot chocolate and holiday treats.

“The celebration was awesome and we just wanted to thank the community,” said the business owner Clea Whitney.

Besides children sitting on Santa’s lap, some adults took the opportunity as well. There was music provided by the M.C. for the evening: Ricky H (Houston). Later on the microphone was open for karaoke music. This brought ear-splitting and grand hilarity from local performers, provided mostly by Connor Adams.

Clea’s Realty has been part of the community now for over 3 years in the Overton office. The company has been operating in the Logandale office for 2 years now, even though the office wasn’t fully remodeled and ready for a Grand Opening event until now.

Whitney has been working in the real estate field for 16 years and has been named in multiple Top 100 lists of different categories of people in Nevada including Top 100 Women of Influence in 2019. She has been listed in Top 100 Real Estate Pro and featured on MyVegas Magazine covers.

The Logandale Office will be utilized by all the staff and agents under her businesses. But the primary staffer at the Logandale office will be realtor Lori Houston who planned most of the event on Saturday night.

Houston said that she is excited to be fully utilizing the new office space.
“We are so grateful for our clients and we wanted to wish them, and everyone in the community, a Merry Christmas,” said Houston.

Along with the snacks, caroling, Santa, and warming up by the fire, there was a drawing for a variety of prizes. These included Burrito Blankets, Airpods, and air fryer, a TCL Roku Smart TV and much more.
The big winners were the Buttery family who won both the air fryer and the airpods. The Smart TV went to Chuck Law, who apparently wins at all of Clea’s events, according to Clea.

“Again we want to thank everyone for being so much support these last few years and for our clients who are the best,” said Clea. “Happy Holidays to all!”
