Four new beauticians have been added to the staff at the fast-growing Fringe Salon in Mesquite. Fringe owners Danielle Serna and Karen Lambert Oss introduced the latest additions to their staff last week in a meeting with The Progress.
First off is Andrea Barboza the salon’s newest nail technician and make-up artist. Barboza grew up in Mesquite and St George area. She said that her specialty is acrylic nails. She is the owner of two little dogs and on her off days she said she can be found at the ballfield or Mesquite Rec Center helping her siblings with their sports activities. Barboza works at Fringe on Tuesdays-Friday 8am-5pm
Kaleiah Hartley, also raised in Mesquite, is a recently licensed hairdresser. Hartley said that she loves to do extensions and highlights for her clients. She is nineteen years old and keeps up on the latest styles for the younger set. Hartley works at the salon on Mondays – Wednesdays 9am-5pm.
Crystal McDowell is a master barber and cosmetologist. She said giving perms or flattop haircuts are her personal styling favorites. When not working she McDowell be found at farmers markets or bicycling. She works Tuesdays through Fridays 9am-6pm.
Autumn Boatwright is a permanent make-up artist. She does micro-blading, powder brows and combo brows. She said make-up has always been her passion. “I’m very excited to be working at a top Salon like Fringe,” she said. When not at work Autumn said that she is outdoors on the bike trails around St George.
