MRW To Host Candidate Meet and Greet

The Mesquite Republican Women are hosting a Candidate Meet and Greet event to be held on Saturday, October 15, from 3-5 pm at the First Baptist Church, at 830 Hafen Lane in Mesquite. The public is invited to come and meet a variety of different candidates and ask questions. Admission is free.

All Republican candidates on the Mesquite City ballot have been invited. The following candidates have confirmed they will attend: Sam Peters, Candidate for our Congressional District 4; Stavros Anthony, running for NV Lt. Governor; Michele Fiore, candidate for NV State Treasurer; Jeff Stone, running for State Senate District 20; Toby Yurek, our representative for State Assembly District 19; and other Clark County candidates including three running for Mesquite City Council.

Food and drinks will be available for a donation. Voting and voter registration information will also be available. Exciting items for a silent auction have been assembled. Doors will open to the public at 2:30 pm. The program will begin at 3:00 pm.
