Local Salon Welcomes New Staffers

Fringe Salon just keeps growing. The shop has added two new staff members to its lineup.

The latest new hair stylist at Fringe is Dallas Silcox. Silcox recently moved to Mesquite from Nephi, Utah. She came with her spouse, two kids and a dog.
Silcox said, her favorite hair-related detail is coloring.

When not at work she can be found outdoors walking the dog or doing an outdoor activity. She mentioned the climate change from Nephi was a shocker. She moved to Mesquite in the dead of summer.

Silcox is working Thursdays and Fridays to start from 9 am – 5 pm. She hopes to build her client base and add more days to the schedule.

Master Esthetician Shayla Ortiz is back on the team at Fringe. She was out on maternity leave for a time and now has a new baby girl.
Ortiz is working Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 9 am – 5 pm.

Her favorite things are facials and lashes. “I like to see the client’s reaction to the beautiful changes,” she said.
When not working she is being a mom and bowling with the City HI Rollers.
