It’s back and promises to be better than ever! Now in its tenth year, Eureka Casino Resort’s Shreeek-Reeka Spooktacular returns on Thursday, October 27 from 6 – 9pm. Held behind the casino in the VIP parking lot, this year’s event really is bigger and better.
To start with, four haunted houses take center stage. Beside the traditional blood curdling house, a PURGE-themed house and a special attraction house have been constructed, courtesy of Jim White, Eureka Chief Engineer and inventor of all things scary.
For the little kids, the Mesquite Showgirls will have an underwater-themed non-scary house for children six years and under and their parents.
Besides the haunted houses, 20 carnival booths manned by Mesquite’s nonprofit organizations and local businesses promise many ways for the children to earn their treats.
Family and group photos by Hal from yellowpix St. George will also be available.
DJ #Juan will provide the music to keep things going, with special performances by the Mesquite-Toes and the Virgin Valley Youth Players.
New this year, Whiteboy Taco food truck will be on the property selling food and drinks.
The Eureka Shreeek-reeka 2022 is a great community event for young and old alike. As always, the event is free and open to the public.
