The Progress
The Virgin Valley FFA chapter will be holding its first annual Christmas Tree Gala on Saturday, December 10. The event is open to the public and will be held from 5-9 pm in the Virgin Valley High School main hall.
Members of the local FFA chapter are inviting anyone in the community to decorate and donate a tree to promote their company or business! The trees will be silently auctioned off during the event. All the money raised will benefit the FFA chapter to help pay for students to attend the FFA State Convention in March.
There will also be a hot chocolate and sweets bar available at the event where attendees can purchase treats. Music will be provided by Mrs. Palmer’s music classes. Do not forget to come dressed up for the event.
To decorate and donate a tree or for any further information, contact the FFA Advisor Bailey Kesl at Keslb@nv.ccsd.net. Virgin Valley FFA students appreciate any help they can get from the community in this effort.
