CANCELLED: Sr. Center To Hold Benefit For Respite Care

The Mesquite Senior Center will be the venue for a sit-down dinner event on December 15. This dinner fundraiser is being held to benefit the Senior Day Care/Respite Program recently introduced there.

“The program is off to a good start and we want to expand our services to accommodate more people,” said Deborah Ayler, the Senior Day Center Coordinator. “We need to buy more supplies for the program.”

The dinner will be prepared by the Senior Center kitchen staff, that always provides tasty meals. There will be raffle prizes and entertainment by the Sun City Singers. The staff at the Senior Center will, once again, go all-out in making beautifully-themed decoration and atmosphere for this fun event.

Tickets are $25 per person and can be purchased at the Mesquite Senior Center between 9 am and 3:30 pm on weekdays from now until December 7. The senior center is located at 102 W. Old Mill Road in Mesquite.
