Ronald Arthur Curd

Ronald Arthur Curd, age 90, passed away February 26, 2023 at his granddaughter’s home in Winnemucca, NV. He was born June 17, 1932 in Los Angeles County, CA.

He was married to Bernadine, his loving wife of 64 years, she preceded him death by only 15 months.
Ron built a true log cabin in the 1970s with the help of his son-in-laws, im Mammoth Creek, Utah.

He was an Army veteran and he loved archery, hunting, fishing and much time spent at the cabin.
He was an auto trimmer for 65 years, owning a shop in Las Vegas and Logandale. He worked on automobiles doing interior refurbishing from floor carpets to headliners. He started when he was young, in L.A. and had his Las Vegas shop from 1968 until 2000 when he moved to Logandale.
Ron continued to do many items in his small shop in Logandale and reupholstered lots of things for folks in Moapa Valley.

He will be missed by all who knew him.

Ron is survived by daughters: Karen (James) of Battle Mountain, NV, Rowene (Norman) of Spring Creek, NV, and Pam of Tucson, AZ; 9 grandchildren, and 6 great grandchildren. He is preceded by his wife Bernadine and one daughter, Debbie.
