Joseph was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. He graduated from Cimarron-Memorial High School in 1997. His true talents were playing soccer, riding dirt bikes and snowboarding. He then moved back home to Las Vegas where he began working in the construction industry at Pipes Paving. Joseph learned at an early age the value of hard work and dedication. He excelled at dirt work and operating heavy equipment. This led him to a land management position with Lennar Homes. He took great pride in his work, which helped him quickly prevail in this position as well. While working at Pipes Paving he met the love of his life, Kelly Lynn Davis. They were married October 19, 2006 in Kauai, Hawaii accompanied by his two daughters Madisen and Payten. Shortly after, they added four more children to complete their beautiful family.

Joseph will always be remembered for his generosity and willingness to help others, especially on the jobsite, his dancing and humor. His children will always remember the special times they spent together outdoors.

Survivors include his wife, Kelly; six children: Madisen, Payten, Rykyn, Lola, Paxtyn and Nova; one granddaughter, Brynlee; parents, Hank and Ann Peluaga; sister, Michelle Peluaga and brother, Ryan Peluaga.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Hank and Lola Peluaga; Kent and Betty Fowler; and two aunts: Sharon Wynn and Sherry Peluaga.
