The ninth annual “Fill My Trunk” food drive is underway. This important event is headed up by local realtor Karen Fielding in an effort to fill the shelves at The Salvation Army food pantry.
“I am collecting non-expired canned food and nonperishable items from now until March 14,” Fielding said.
During the drive Fielding said she will “gladly” pick up donations from Virgin Valley residents and businesses. As she does so, she gives each donor a HUGE shout out for their donations.
“Let’s get everyone involved!” Fielding said. “Please help me to ‘Fill My Trunk’ and let’s show support to the Salvation Army.”
Three drop off locations are available this year. ERA Brokers Consolidated at 1155 W Pioneer Blvd Suite 104 from Mon.-Fri. 9am-5pm. Drop offs can also be made at Reliance Connects at 61 W Mesquite Blvd from Mon.-Fri. 8:30am – 4:30pm. The third location is at Ika Greens at 570 W Pioneer Blvd Ste 101 open Wed.-Sat. 9am to 3 pm.
