Sarah Michelle Hayes
Sarah Michelle Hayes, age 36, of Mesquite, NV, passed away March 13, 2024. She was born on September 15, 1987 in Escondido, CA to Timothy Edwin Hayes and Evelyn Ann Mendez Santos. She married Humberto Lara on September 11, 2011 and they later divorced.
Sarah had lived in Mesquite for the past 17 years, moving from Moapa. She worked as a restaurant manager. She enjoyed making crafts and presents for her family. In her younger years she loved to spend time with her cousins and over the past 15 years being with her children brought her the most joy.
Sarah is survived by her four children: Bella, Vinnie, Delilah, and Charlie; her mother Evelyn Santos; brother Nicholas (Cassandra) Hayes; sister Kimberly (Beau) Healey; half-sister Kaitlyn Hayes; four uncles: Rick (Teresa) Hayes, Skeeter Hayes, Mike Hayes, and Tio Mendez; aunt Cynthia (Andy) Copening; two nephews Jayden and Kage; two nieces Olivia and Penelope; and many cousins she was extremely close to.
Family will be holding a private service. A public celebration of life will be held at a later date to be announced.
