Little Caesars Pizza opens in Brickyard Plaza

A new family-owned Little Caesars Pizza location officially opened on Saturday morning, April 27, with a ribbon-cutting event hosted by the Mesquite Chamber of Commerce in the parking lot of the Brickyard Plaza located at 355 W. Mesquite Boulevard.

It was a family affair for both the owners and the attendees. A huge balloon arch covered the store front and table games were set up in the parking lot for kids. They were getting a lot of participation with a fun atmosphere.

Beth Williams, a co-owner in the business with sons Jeremy and Bryan and their spouses, was extremely excited about the new eatery. The family partnership owns two others Little Caesars locations in Colorado and Arizonia.

“I came to visit in Mesquite often as a child,” Williams said. “I love Mesquite, but never thought I would be opening a store here.”

Co-owner Bryan told the Progress, “I know the other store didn’t make it here, but with us having experience with two other stores we decided to give it a shot. We like Mesquite it is so friendly.”

The new shop employs about 15 people, and delivers through Door Dash. Customers can just call in their orders and arrange to get it delivered, he said.
“We pride ourselves on customer service,” Bryan said.

Local resident Francisco Luevanos was there with his family of four kids. “I am happy they are here, Luevanos said. “I grew up with Little Caesars Pizza, we love it.”

Chamber President Carol Kolson was in attendance and expressed enthusiasm about the new local business. “We are thrilled to have Little Caesars here and be a premium member of the Chamber,” Kolson said. “You can really never have too much Pizza.”

Little Caesars will be open Monday-Thursday 11 AM-9 PM, Friday and Saturday 11 AM-10PM, Sundays 12 noon 8 PM. To order or for more information call 702-346-7182.
