Tennis – In a match that went to tie-breakers Rancho High School boy’s tennis beat the Pirates by outscoring Moapa 33-31 to win the match. Pirates doubles teams Sterling Wait and Brad Mulcock, Skylar Hill and Jayce Chalfant each went 3-0 in their matches to lead the Pirates. Camden Stratton finished the day 2-1. On the girl’s side Natalie Rust got the lone win for the Pirates.
Volley Ball – The Lady Pirates beat Canyon Springs 3-1. The fourth game saw Moapa win a thriller 27-25 to win the match.
Soccer – Cody Besalauf scored Moapa’s only goal in a 10-1 loss to Sunrise Mountain. On the girls side Boulder City shut out the lady Pirates 6-0 at home.
