Moapa Valley Progress
Moapa Valley had two games last week.
The first one was played at Sunrise Mountain High School in Las Vegas. Moapa didn’t fair very well as they were beaten 9-0 in the match. Alejandro Enisco score a hat trick, or three goals in the game, to lead the Miners to the win.
On Thursday, the Pirates hosted Desert Pines and were beaten 6-1. Arturo Gutierrez scored the lone goal for the Pirates in the game.
Genaro Corona scored a hat trick for the Jaguars, while team mate Diego Sanchez score two for Desert Pines.
This week the Pirates played one last Monday at home against Chaparral for their only game of the week. Look for that game report in next week’s Progress.
Moapa is 1-5-1 overall and 0-2 in league play.
