The Virgin Valley High School boys basketball team could not find their offense on Monday night, Feb. 12 in Boulder City. The Bulldogs lost to the second seed Eagles squad, 72-45.
The Dawgs only had 12 points in the first half trailing by a score of 30-12.
The Bulldogs finally woke up in the second half with 33 points. But they could not catch the host Eagles in their final game.
The Dawgs final record was 6-4 in league play and 14-11 overall for the season.
The Dawgs will lose two starters to graduation and will have a seasoned team to begin play next year.
