The Virgin Valley High School baseball team completed a dream season Saturday morning with a convincing 12-6 win over Truckee High School in the final game of the Nevada 3A State Championship. The Bulldog offense lit up the scoreboard as they scored 41 runs and held their opponents to 10 runs during their run through the tournament.
The Virgin Valley High School Bulldog baseball team continued to roll over competition at the Nevada 3A State baseball tournament. The Bulldogs followed their 17-2 demolishing of Dayton High School Thursday morning with their sixth straight win this season over Moapa Valley High School 12-2. The win moves the Bulldogs into the championship games on Saturday.
